‘Plus 8′ Kate in Metro Detroit tomorrow
TLC star and recent tabloid regular Kate Gosselin of the hit reality TV show “Jon and Kate Plus 8″ will make live appearances in West Bloomfield and Troy tomorrow to promote her books “Multiple Blessings” and “Eight Little Faces.”
In addition to the regular documenting of her life through the show, Gosselin and her family have been getting extra media attention lately thanks to rumors of husband Jon’s affair with a 23-year-old teacher.
Here’s the “Today” Show’s Meredith Viera interviewing Gosselin last week about the rumors, as well as her books:
The first Detroit event, “Tea with Kate Gosselin,” will be tomorrow at 3 p.m. at the Henry Ford West Bloomfield Hospital, 6777 W. Maple Road. Guests will receive a signed copy of one of Gosselin’s books, “Multiple Blessings” or “Eight Little Faces.” Tickets are $150.
The other event is “Moms’ Night Out with Kate Gosselin” at 7:30 p.m. at Faith Lutheran Church of Troy, 37635 Dequindre Road. Tickets are $27 and $38, and available at the door. To buy tickets, call (248) 398-3400.
