Detroit rapper Eminem continues to find creative ways to keep a buzz around his name in the days leading up to the release of “Relapse,” his first album in nearly five years.
Today, 50 Cent posted a link on his Web site thisis50.com to download Slim Shady’s rare first album, “Infinite” for free.
The Guardian, May 14: Recorded four years before The Slim Shady LP made Eminem a star, only 1000 pressings of Infinite were ever made. “It sold maybe 70 copies,” Eminem wrote in his autobiography. Infinite has since been out of print and copies of the album sell online for about £100 ($150).
The album consists of 11 tracks that feature various guest artists, including original D12 member Denaun Porter a.k.a. Kon Artis.
